To confirm your reservation with Cana Boat, a non-refundable initial deposit is required.
This advance payment secures your chosen date and allows us to cover the operational costs associated with preparing your experience. The remaining balance will be paid directly at the marina upon boarding the yacht.

You can bring any food or beverages you want. It is also good to keep in mind that there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and liquor stores in Marina where you can purchase the products you want to take on your adventure.

Bring a towel if you want to swim.

Unnecessary valuables – Expensive jewelry, luxury watches, or electronic devices can get lost or damaged by water.

Hard-soled shoes or high heels – They can damage the yacht's deck. It is recommended to go barefoot or wear boat shoes.

Illegal substances – Drugs or any prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.

Bulky luggage – It is preferable to bring backpacks or compact bags.

Staining dyes or makeup – Heat and humidity can cause stains on seats or towels.

Large coolers – We recommend using those provided by the yacht to optimize space.

2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled charter date are subject to a $100 USD administrative fee.
2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of the charter date are not permitted. The customer will forfeit the total amount paid.
2.3. If the customer fails to show up on the day of the charter (no-show), there will be no refunds or rescheduling options.
