Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cana Boat, your premier choice for private yacht and boat charters in Punta Cana. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.1. To secure your reservation, 100% of the total charter cost must be paid at the time of booking.
1.2. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
1.3. Cana Boat reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice, except for confirmed and paid reservations.2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled charter date are subject to a $100 USD administrative fee.
2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of the charter date are not permitted. The customer will forfeit the total amount paid.
2.3. If the customer fails to show up on the day of the charter (no-show), there will be no refunds or rescheduling options.3.1. In case of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, or unsafe sea conditions), Cana Boat reserves the right to reschedule the charter based on availability or issue a partial or full refund, at the company’s discretion.
3.2. Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, government actions, etc.) are non-refundable, but customers will be allowed to reschedule without penalty.4.1. Cana Boat offers transportation services from your accommodation to the marina, if requested and available for your location.
4.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready at the agreed pick-up time. The transport vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
4.3. If the customer is not ready on time and misses the pick-up, they must arrive at the marina on their own. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed transportation.5.1. All passengers must follow the captain and crew’s instructions at all times to ensure safety on board.
5.2. The use of any behavior that endangers the safety of the group is strictly prohibited. Cana Boat reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.
5.3. If a passenger suffers an accident due to negligence or failure to follow instructions, Cana Boat will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries.6.1. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the charter due to negligence or misuse. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
6.2. Cana Boat is not responsible for lost personal belongings on board. It is recommended to avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.7.1. During the charter, Cana Boat may take photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, you must notify us in writing before the trip.
8.1. Cana Boat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review them before each booking.
